The fat portion is way too high and I’ve basically been eating my normal crap diet. Looking forward to the recovery session tonight to help get rid of some of that soreness from digging deep during the “Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs.”įor the most part my diet has been horrible! Consistently way under my caloric goal of 2,317 and hovering closer to 1400. Started working out at night regularly this week and I have no problem falling asleep and getting a full 8 in. Missed one workout last week so I made it up the next day cramming two session in (one in the morning and one at night) and I was on cloud 9 for a bit… not so much the next day though. Usually get a 2 or 3 hour rush and it slowly mellows throughout the rest of the day. Overall I’m feeling amazing, especially right after the workout. Tonight is “Cardio Recovery” and tomorrow it’s time to jump back into “Cardio Power & Resistance” How’s it feel? My legs didn’t have any fat to begin with so I’m starting to look like a pro soccer player. No lost weight yet but I’ve been melting fat like butter! The most obvious are my chest and oblique’s. Cardio Abs x2 (same day as Pure Cardio).
